Fernando Simon Marman and Louis Har, both Argentine-Israeli citizens aged 60 and 70, were captured by Hamas on the 7th of October, 2023. During an IDF strike on Rafah, which caused the deaths of 67 Palestinian civilians, the two men were rescued and brought to a hospital in Ramat Gan, where they were reunited with their families.
